Our History

Founded in 2026, ArroZelle Innovations, LLC was born out of firsthand clinical experience and a shared commitment to improving patient care. As practicing Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists, Ryan Zeller and Diego Arroyo identified opportunities to enhance airway management through more efficient and integrated solutions.

Motivated to address these challenges, they began developing practical, clinician-driven designs outside of the clinical environment. Early concepts were built, tested, and refined in a driveway workshop, with a focus on simplicity, adaptability, and real-world usability.

After partnering with a patent attorney and confirming the uniqueness of their approach, ArroZelle Innovations secured patents for its first two medical devices in April 2026.

At the center of this work is the AZ Cannula, the company’s flagship product—a multifunctional airway solution that integrates oxygen delivery and end-tidal CO₂ monitoring into a single, adaptable device. Designed to improve efficiency and streamline care, it reflects the company’s mission to develop practical, high-impact solutions for modern healthcare.
